The 2025 Daring to Dream Ball & Auction is supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of young adults in Wales living with illness.
The funds raised will support initiatives that help create spaces to talk, such as singing and writing workshops, supercars experience events, and our gift packages.

Event Details: The Ball will take place from 7 pm until late, featuring a drinks reception, a three-course meal, live musical entertainment, disco, and exciting opportunities for raffle and auction participation.

Honouring Amy Penn: The evening will also celebrate Amy Penn, who advocated for emotional health support for young adult cardiac patients and inspired Daring to Dream to broaden its focus to support all young adults in Wales living with illness, as well as supporting those with cardiac disease.
Fundraising Focus: We are raising funds to support the emotional health and wellbeing of young adults in Wales who are dealing with illness. The funds raised will support initiatives such as singing and writing workshops, supercars experience events, and ‘pick-me-up’ packages to enhance the emotional health and wellbeing of young adults living with illness.
Live musical entertainment is brought to you by Choirs for Good Cardiff, one of twelve singing groups in the Choirs For Good family. Weekly rehearsals are designed to boost wellbeing and mental health; eachchoir supports local and national causes. Their goal is to help their choristers and those around them to feel good and do good, for good! Listen on Lleswyl 2025.
Our host: Jason Harrold, an experienced presenter with over 30 years in radio, and a big supporter of Daring to Dream, will host the evening, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere.
