We invite you to a spectacular evening at Hilton Cardiff as our seven week #HearUsSingWithUs campaign reaches its grand finale.
This vital journey begins on April 23rd at the Norwegian Church, where we launch our first-ever charity single, ‘Here Together.’ Composed and performed by the gifted Lylia Young, this moving piece is more than just a song—it is a powerful voice for Wales, for health, and for the emotional journey of those living with chronic illness.
The campaign culminates in our annual Daring to Dream Ball & Auction, a heartfelt celebration of our Spaces to Talk and Spaces to Sing.
Central to the evening is ‘Here Together.’ It serves as a beautiful reminder that no one has to face their illness alone, highlighting the essential role of emotional well-being in our lives.
