We are seeking a self-employed Senior Associate to work directly with our Founder/CEO to scale our impact across Wales.
Daring to Dream supports the emotional health and wellbeing of 1.2 million adults in Wales living with chronic illness.
Help us transition from founder-led operations into a sustainable, nationwide delivery team.

💼 The Role at a Glance:
- Type: Freelance / Self-employed
- Fee: £2,000 per calendar month
- Time: 2 days per week
- Location: Easy access to Cardiff (occasional travel across Wales)
- Duration: Initial 6-month term (intent to extend)
🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
- A hands-on generalist with mature professional judgment.
- Passionate about patient-centred, compassionate care.
Note: Candidates currently serving as a trustee or working for another Welsh health charity cannot be considered due to conflict of interest.
