A track written especially by Lylia Young, a Bridgend College undergraduate music student.
Lylia is part of a team of musicians who deliver Daring to Dream – the Emotional Health Charity’s ‘Space to Sing’ in wards at Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend.
