Lleswyl 2023 had a new set, new bands, showcasing new charities, live guests, and even more partners – indeed, oh, what a night!

Feedback has been fantastic with comments such as:
“The diversity of acts was fantastic and the format worked really well.”
“The variety of music catering for all who attended”
“Loved the ‘on the sofa chats’, dancing and music “
“Great range of diverse music, the presenters Sian and Jason were great and some of the stories were inspirational”
“Loved getting together with friends, having dinner and watching Lleswyl together”

Cat Razzell, keys player, said: “I thought the range of musical artists was fantastic- there really was something for everyone, and it evoked a sense of shared community as all the acts were local to the area. I also really enjoyed hearing people’s stories- it helps the audience to see firsthand the amazing work that charities do bringing experiences, joy and meaning to people’s lives.”

“Lleswyl 2023 was fantastic. We met with friends and watched it together from home. The music variety was great, the presenters amazing and we had a lovely evening. One of our friends has a chronic illness and this inspired him to search for support groups which he hadn’t even thought about before. Thank you to all the team” José Miguel Ruiz Gil, Soul Lotta Funk (

“Lleswyl 2023 was amazing! So pleased there is an organisation like Daring to Dream in Wales. Their work, especially the Lleswyl Festival, is absolutely vital in raising awareness about the emotional health and wellbeing support needed by those people in Wales living with long term health conditions. Great job!” Julie Traynor.

From all of us at Daring to Dream, a huge thank you to everyone who helped make Lleswyl such a rip-roaring success.

Let’s leave the final words with The Minister for Social Justice, Jane Hutt MS and The Deputy Minister for Arts and Sport and Chief Whip, Dawn Bowden, MS. Thank you both for your support and endorsements of Lleswyl and the work of Daring to Dream.
